Low Dew Point Warranty Service
Overview
This service provides a standard general warranty (24 months from the date of shipment) when the robot is used in a low dew point environment. You can apply when you purchase the robot.
Content
1. Warranty coverage
Clean room specification robots, controllers (RC8A) and their component parts.
*VMB and VS050-S2 are excluded.
2. Warranty scope
Cost of parts to be replaced, cost of repair materials when repairing, cost of repair work.
*The cost of renting a replacement device is not included.
3. Warranty period
24 months from the shipping date. However, even within that period, it is valid for a period of 18 months from the start of use or up to 6,000 hours of operation (running) time, whichever comes earlier.
4. Warranty application
This warranty applies only in the country in which the product was purchased.
If you transfer the robot from the country of purchase to another country, you can receive the same warranty by registering the overseas transfer support.
