Warranty/Warranty Period Extension

Warranty

When any failure attributable to design, manufacture or material occurs within 24 months aft er shipment, DENSO shall cover the following:
･Any replacement parts cost
･Any repairing material cost
･Any repairing work cost
* Any substitute machine lending cost shall not be included.

This warranty shall be applied only in the country where the product is purchased. However, once you register the required information on our website, this warranty shall also be applied in countries other than the country where the product was purchased. Refer to the section of International Transfer Support.

Warranty Period Extension

This service extends the warranty period for 1 or 2 years, for the purpose of safe and secure use of DENSO robots for a long time.

Warranty coverage

• 1.Warranty object:
  Robot body and controller
  * Any optional device (teaching pendant, etc.) shall not be included.
• 2.Warranty coverage:
  ・Any replacement parts cost
  ・Any repairing material cost
  ・Any repairing work cost
  * Any substitute machine lending cost shall not be included.
• 3.Items not covered by warranty:
  It shall conform to the warranty exception items specified in the instruction manual.
